Established in July 2006, Yangzhou Blue Castle is engaged in the design and production of plush rocking and riding toys. We have a monthly capacity of 20,000 units, and our annual sales revenue reaches $3 million.
Our ISO 9000:2005-certified factory covers an area of over 3,800 square meters and houses 120 employees including 10 professional sample designers. Samples are mainly designed in-house, and we also provide samples according to customer requirements.
We utilize professional inspection and test equipment including needle detectors, pulling machines and thickness gauges as well as manufacturing equipment such as 40 electric sewing machines, a cotton opener, a cotton-filling machine, a punching machine, two air compressors and two pneumatic perforating machines.
